We all have questions right?  Sure...  So here are the allstars.

How long will it take to receive my items?  

All non personalized items ship within 2-3 days of the order completion and usually arrive about 3-5 days after they are shipped.  Super fancy personalized items are shipped 7-10 days after the deal closes and usually arrive 3-5 days after they ship. 


What shipping method do you use?

We like to save money.  We want you to save money.  In most cases we keep our shipping costs lowest by using the good old United States Postal Service First Class Mail.  In some unique situations we may choose an alternative method if we find it offers our customers a better price for that particular item.  


Is there a limit to how many of each deal I can buy?

Nope.  If they are available, you can buy them!  We are happy to combine multiple items into the same shipment if processed in the same transaction. There is a small additional item fee that is added to the shipping cost when combining multiple items.  


Can I add more items to my shipment after I checkout?

Unfortunately we cannot.  In order to get your items to you as fast as possible, we try to process orders as we receive them.  So there's a chance that once you submit your order, our crack squad of savvy logistics engineers (by that we mean me, my husband and our 3 year old intern) has already packaged it up and sent it on it's merry way! 


Is there sales tax added to my purchase?

If you reside in Michigan sales tax will be added to your purchase.  If you don't, it won't.  


Why can't I exchange my product if it's defective?  

We will always check our stock for leftovers if you prefer an exchange, but in most cases we will just have to refund you since we sell out of our items quickly.  Refer to the return policy for more details - we want you to be happy so please email us if you have any questions.


Why are all sales final?  

Due to the nature of our business and the deep discounts that we offer, we cannot offer a regular return/exchange policy.  In cases in which products are defective we will, of course, offer a full refund.  


Can my items be featured on Blossom Bargains?
